South Elevation
The office building required a reception area with access to a central staircase, communal seating areas, conference rooms, IT rooms, a kitchen area and respective dining area. As well as WC's servicing each floor. The building also had to be fully furnished and renders produced for final submission.
The brief included instructions for creation of the floorplans. However I had free rein over the interior layouts and the elevations. Once the floor plans and elevations were complete furniture was added and views prepared to produce renders. Below are some of the work produced for this project.
Office Development
The objective for this project was to learn how to use Revit by following instructions to design an office building producing a detailed drawing pack including renders of specific elements.
